Paint and UV Lacquer Applications for PVC Wall Panel Surfaces
The Concept UV Wall Panel Coating Line is designed to apply paint and UV lacquer to flat wall panel surfaces. Paint application, IR drying and topcoat UV lacquer stages come together in the same production flow.
The line can be configured for applying water-based or solvent-based paints. An IR module with adjustable power supports the drying process. In the next stage, the UV-curable lacquer is applied in a lacquer unit with a reverse roller arrangement. The type of paint and lacquer to be used and the process settings are determined according to the surface to be processed and the production needs.
The Wall Panel Coating Line, which combines paint application, IR drying and UV lacquer coating, is configured according to the production process and surface requirements.

Paint, Drying and UV Lacquer Application
Paint Application Group
The paint unit uses an application group consisting of a rubber roller and a cliché. The fact that the rubber roller and cliché are replaceable supports maintenance and product changeover operations. The washing roller and adjustable doctor blades help establish the working setup of the paint application group.
IR Drying and UV Lacquer Application
The IR module is used in the drying stage after paint application. The UV lacquer unit is configured for applying the UV-curable coating to the surface. Depending on the unit configuration, options such as reverse roller speed, lacquer pan heating and carrier belt are engineered into the project.
Control and Line Settings
The operator adjusts the pressure and roller settings in the application groups according to production needs. The parallelism adjustment of the carrier roller, the doctor blade pressure and the movement options of the units depend on the line configuration.
