Controlled drying and preheating for water-based and solvent-based coatings
The Concept UV IR / Hot Air Drying Oven is designed for drying water-based and solvent-based coatings and preheating product surfaces in production lines. The oven can be prepared in an IR lamp or hot air configuration according to the production flow.
In the IR option, heating is provided by infrared lamps. In the hot air option, air heated by thermal oil is circulated inside the oven. These two methods can be used separately according to process needs, and IR lamps can also be added to the hot air model.
IR radiation and hot air can be configured separately or together according to the needs of the coating drying process.
SOLUTIONS

Key Features
- Drying of water-based and solvent-based coatings and preheating applications
- IR lamp or hot air oven options
- Option to add IR lamps to the hot air model
- Design that supports homogeneous heat distribution throughout the oven
- Configuration according to production needs with a modular hot air system
- PLC-controlled operation
- Insulated outer body
Drying Method and Configuration
In the IR lamp oven, infrared energy is directed at the product surface. In the hot air oven, the heated air is transferred to the products through the air flow inside the oven. The method to be used is determined according to the coating type, the product to be processed and the production flow. IR lamps can be added to the hot air configuration when needed.
Control and Line Integration
The PLC control system helps manage the operation of the oven in the production line. The hot air oven can be configured in a modular way, and the number of modules and the IR option are determined according to project requirements.
