The Concept UV Roller Coater is designed to apply paint and varnish to flat surfaces with a rubber-coated application roller. The dosing roller helps adjust the coating material transferred to the application roller. The roller structure and process settings to be used are determined according to the coating material and the surface to be processed.
The unit can be configured with height adjustment and a rail-mounted structure. These options make it easier to access the working area for maintenance operations such as cleaning and roller replacement. The control system and pump arrangement are engineered according to production needs.

Roller Application Principle
The dosing roller transfers the coating material to the application roller in a controlled manner, and the application roller carries the material onto the flat surface. The application amount and surface appearance are determined by the roller settings together with the properties of the coating material and the surface preparation. Control, Access and Maintenance
The PLC and touchscreen operator panel are among the control options of the unit. Depending on the configuration, height adjustment can be done manually or automatically. The rail-mounted design option can move the unit out of the line, providing access for cleaning and roller replacement.
