LED curing system for UV-curable coatings
The LED UV Unit is integrated into the production line for curing paints, lacquers and coatings compatible with LED-sourced UV radiation. The emission spectrum of the LED head and the curing requirements of the coating material to be used are evaluated together.

Curing with LED UV
In an LED UV system, semiconductor light sources produce UV radiation at the selected wavelength. This radiation initiates the curing reaction in paints, lacquers or coatings formulated for LED UV curing. To achieve the desired result, the coating formulation, the LED spectrum, the radiation dose and the production conditions must be compatible.
System Selection and Integration
The working width, spectrum, cooling method and control interface of the LED UV head are selected according to the application. When planning integration into an existing line, the product characteristics, the coating material and the production flow are evaluated together.
