Integrated Paint and Coating System for Parquet and Flat Surface Panels
The Concept UV Parquet Coating Line brings different application and drying modules together in a single production flow for the coloring and coating of parquet and flat surface panels. The line can be configured with coloring, oil, filler, paint, drying and topcoat UV lacquer applications according to the surface and process requirements.
Sponge rollers are used for coloring and paint application, and the pad group is used for oil application. Filler, roller coater, hot air oven and UV curing modules are also included in the line according to the targeted coating flow. Production parameters are managed through the control system, and loading and unloading modules can be added on request.
The coloring, oil, filler, paint and topcoat modules can be configured on the same line according to the process needs of parquet production.

Application Modules and Process Flow
Coloring and Oil Application
The sponge roller application group is used for surface coloring and paint application. The pad group is configured for applying oil to the surface. The material and process to be used are determined according to the surface characteristics of the parquet to be processed.
Filler and Paint Application
The putty filler unit helps prepare the surface for the following coating steps. The roller coater unit can be configured for applications such as filler, primer or topcoat. The application roller and settings are selected according to the material to be used and the targeted surface finish.
Drying and UV Curing
The hot air oven is used for drying water-based paint applications. The UV curing unit can be included in the line for UV-curable coatings. The process settings of both modules are determined according to the product used and the production flow.
Automation and Line Options
Line parameters are managed through the PLC-based control system and the touchscreen operator panel. Loading and unloading modules can be added according to the facility layout and production needs.
