Water-Based Paint and UV Lacquer Application on Flat Surfaces
The Concept UV Back Panel Coating Line brings paint and UV lacquer applications for flat surface back panels together in the same production flow. The line consists of a brush/IR module, preheating, roller coater, hot air oven and UV curing units.
The roller coater applies water-based paint to the panel. The oven is used in the paint drying stage, and the UV curing unit is used for UV-curable topcoats. The unit sequence and line options are determined according to the production flow and the coating system to be used. Loading and unloading modules can be added on request.
The line brings paint application, drying and UV lacquer stages together in a single production flow for flat surface back panels.
SOLUTIONS

Key Features

Production Flow and Application Modules
Surface Preparation and Preheating
The brush/IR module and the preheating stage are used to prepare the panel for the paint application process. If the brush module’s function is technically dust removal, it can be described on the page as a “surface cleaning brush.”
Paint Application and Drying
The roller coater applies water-based paint to the surface, and the hot air oven carries out the paint drying stage.
UV Lacquer Application and Curing
The topcoat UV lacquer is applied with a combination of roller coater and UV curing unit, and cured with UV. This stage is used for UV-curable products.
Automation and Line Options
The automatic control system allows the line parameters to be managed. Loading and unloading modules can be added to the project according to the facility layout and production plan.
