Roller putty and filler application on flat surfaces
The Concept UV Putty Application Unit is designed to apply putty or filler material to wood and flat panel surfaces. The roller system transfers the material onto the surface and helps fill pores and surface irregularities. This prepares the panels for the following coating operations.
While the application roller carries the material onto the surface, the dosing roller allows the transferred amount to be adjusted. The roller coatings and working settings are determined according to the filler material to be used, the surface type and the production flow. If sanding is required, it is planned as a separate operation after putty application.
The unit, which spreads putty or filler material onto flat surfaces with a roller application system, helps prepare the surface for the following coating steps.

Roller Putty Application
The putty or filler material is transferred to the panel surface and spread by rollers. The application amount and roller settings are determined according to the properties of the material and the needs of the surface. This process helps fill pores and small surface irregularities and prepares the panel for the following surface treatments.
Control and Process Options
The PLC-controlled system and touchscreen operator panel allow the unit’s working settings to be managed. The scope of roller drive, pressure and dosing adjustments is determined according to the product configuration.
